Moke Rental Rules and Regulations:

• Pick Up Location: 
  • Sun Outdoors Chincoteague Bay Campground
  • 2272 Main St, Chincoteague, VA 23336
• One Day Rental is 9am-8pm.
• You must have and bring your physical driver’s license and proof of current personal insurance policy or as an added driver on someone else's insurance policy with you at the time of pick up.
• Drivers who are 21 years of age and under are not authorized to operate Moke at any time during rental.
• All Mokes are electric. The charge should be enough for one day of driving.
• Children need to be in boosters or car seats, all the same Virginia road laws apply in a Moke.
• There is a 1000 lb. weight limit on our 4 passengers.
• $500 refundable damage deposit required.
• Vehicle must be returned by 8pm or we will charge $195 recharge fee.
• Lost key $100
• Lost charging cord $200
• Moke color is not guaranteed.

• Drivers license are required to enjoy this sweet mode of transportation.
• One Day Rental is 9am-5pm.
• The E-Bike must be returned by 5pm or there is a $65 recharge fee. 
• 18 years of age and under are not authorized to operate the E-Bike at any time during rental. 
• All E-Bikes are electric. You could expect to get 22-50 miles on a single battery charge with relaxed pedaling. 
• There is a 275lb weight limit. 
• A $200 refundable damage deposit is required. 
• A $100 charge for a Lost Key. 
• A $200 charge for Lost Charging Cord. 
• Battery Replacement Delivery is $100 per battery.
