Booking Conditions and Cancellations

Minimum Nights Stay

• A minimum of 2 nights booking on all accommodations. One night bookings (last minute) only accepted when booked within 7 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• One night deposit is required at the time of booking.
• If your reservation is canceled 14 days or more prior to your arrival, BluFin Bungalows & Marina will provide a full refund, with a cancellation fee of $20.00 (USD).
• If you cancel your reservation within 13 days prior to your arrival, all deposits paid will be consumed as your cancellation fee and your reservation will be released.
• Important: All bookings have the above cancellation conditions. If you need to cancel your online reservation please cancel online or call 757-970-9460.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed on-site and in accommodations. Bungalows allow for 2 pets per accommodation. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times outside of the accommodation. Other conditions apply. Pet fee is $50 per animal.
