Chincoteague Island National Wildlife Refuge
Chincoteague is a natural wonder of Virginia’s Eastern Shore, most notable for the wild ponies that roam along the shore. You can spend the day exploring the Assateague Lighthouse or relaxing at one of many public beaches.
